Lingerie sizing made simple

The right fit makes all the difference, in how lingerie looks and in how you feel wearing it. Here's how to find your size in a couple of minutes.

How to measure

Use a soft tape measure over your underwear, keeping the tape level and snug but not tight.

• Bust: around the fullest part of your chest.
• Waist: around the narrowest part of your torso, usually just above the belly button.
• Hips: around the fullest part of your hips and bottom.

Write the numbers down and compare them with the size chart on each product page. If you're between two sizes, go for the larger one for bodies and teddies, and check whether the fabric is stretchy.

What does "one size" mean?

Many bodystockings, stockings and fishnet pieces are made from very stretchy fabric and come in one size, which usually fits around UK sizes 8 to 14. Check each product description for the exact range.

Plus size

Our plus-size pieces are cut for curves, not just made bigger. Look for Plus Size in the product name, or shop the Plus Size collection in the Lingerie menu. They usually fit around UK sizes 16 to 22. Again, check each product's own guide.

Buying for a partner

• Check the size label on something they already wear and love.
• If in doubt, choose stretchy styles or one-size pieces, like bodystockings.
• Stockings and suspender tights are easy wins because they're forgiving on fit.

Caring for your lingerie

Hand wash in cool water with a gentle detergent, never tumble dry, and lay flat to dry. It'll keep its shape and colour for much longer.
